Day One

8:00am -   Meet and Greet -Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Select Realty Fredericskburg's Office Training Room

8:15am -   Introductions of Instructors and Assisting Staff

8:30am -   Real Estate For Realtors - Learn from a Berkshire Hathaway REALTOR and Real Estate Photographer what                      REALTORS really need in photos, how to deal with them and the homeowners.

9:00am -   How to start getting clients and keep them!

9:30am -   Social Media - how to get clients from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Plus, Zillow and APPS

10:00am - Can you really make money - YES!  Setting your pricing structure.

10:30am - What tools to use on the internet for billing, hosting, video hosting, photo delivery etc...

11:00am - Rules and regulations on droning.

11:00am - Break for lunch

12:00pm - Model Home - learn what to do when you get to the property.  

                 Your access to the property, how to walk the house, check items, homeowners, pets and REALTORS.

12:30pm - Where to start taking photos and how many and why.

1:00pm -   Framing your shots.  What equipment we use and why.

1:30pm -  Taking Fusion photos with flash demo

2:00pm -  Break out into the model home for photos.  Exterior and Interior.

4:00pm -  Primer on taking video with a stabilizer. The how and why with your camera.

5:00pm -  Primer on droning - weather permitting.

5:30pm -  Q/A session

7:00pm -  Off Site Diner and tech talk evening.

Day Two

​

8:00am -  Model Home - full demonstration to light equipment, CamRanger, light stands and more.

9:00am -  Understanding Off Camera Flash with full instruction.

10:00am- Class instruction on using off camera flash in the dining room, family room, kitchen and owners suite.

12:30pm- Lunch Break

1:00pm - Breaking into groups to do off camera flash.

2:30pm- Head back over to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

5:30pm - Q/A
